We were fortunate this year to attend the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo with our son Dan and his girlfriend Kim. They are each on different committees, so they are allowed to bring a friend, and they invited us to go with them! It is so great to be "friends" with your own children. The night that we got to go with them was the night of the Josh Turner concert. So, you can see now why I'm such a big fan. He was so cute and we enjoyed all of his songs. Many of his songs are about his Christian faith, so we really loved that because we love songs about our Christian faith too. Enjoy the music with us! Thanks Dan and Kim for taking us to the rodeo. It is an evening we will always remember. The rodeo, the concert, the barbeque, and the exhibits. We love going to the rodeo, and we especially appreciate the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo because they paid for Amy's college tuition! Gig 'Em Aggies! Whoop!
